A big day is planned to welcome in the Christmas season! Saturday, Dec. 3, 2010 at the Gazebo on the square and along the sidewalks in Downtown Fayetteville.

Enjoy the Downtown Christmas Parade starting at 5:00 pm, followed by the Tree Lighting festivities at 6.00 pm.

Heritage Christian Church’s costumed Dickens characters will mill about

the Gazebo in Downtown Fayetteville handing out warm chestnuts. Also warm up with free hot cocoa and take a carriage ride with Santa! The free carriage rides will be offered from

7:00pm – 9:00pm.
