TRC Lunch & Learn #2

Thursday, September 2nd, 2010

Mary Ann Bell and Amy Lott from Coweta-Fayette EMC, our TRC Gold Sponsor

This week’s TRC Lunch & Learn was all about Chamber sponsorship opportunities.  It was a great opportunity for the group to learn more about the very broad range of opportunities that the Chamber offers to our members.  There are sponsorships to accomodate every budget – small or large.  Being part of the Chamber, participating in events and taking advantage of marketing opportunities are some of the best things you can do for your business.  Many thanks to our great TRC volunteers who are promoting the Chamber out in the community!  Also thanks to Holiday Inn Express and Broadway Diner for making this Lunch & Learn a great experience.  PHOTOS

TRC Volunteers learn about Chamber publications

Thursday, September 16th, 2010

The Chamber held it’s third ”Lunch & Learn” session for the TRC volunteers last Thursday.    This segment focused on the many varieties of targeted marketing that are available through various Chamber publications.   One example is the County Map that the Chamber is in the process of reprinting for first quarter 2011 distibution in the community. Prices are extremely reasonable.    The Map provides outstanding exposure for realtors,  banks,  residential service providers,  restaurants,  shops or any other organizations who want exposure to newcomers, visitors and residents alike.

Other publication advertising opportunities discussed  include the Chamber’s annual Community Guide & Membership Directory,   the Chamber web site,    the weekly Happenings e-zine as well as a cross section of promotional materials.

As the lunch drew to a close,   some wonderful door prizes were drawn including complimentary storage at Fayette Self Storage;  golf umbrellas courtesy of Club Z! In-home Tutoring;  YMCA membership;  a wine set and a grill set donated by Michelle Hall’s Edward Jones office;

For more information on Chamber publications and inexpensive ways to target your marketing,  contact the Chamber office at 770-461-9983.
